Whether you’re interested in preparing taxes, greeting clients, or interpreting, we have a role for you. Each role is crucial to ensuring quality service so that our clients receive the assistance they need.
No Experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure you feel confident and capable no matter what volunteer role you choose.
All volunteers must complete certifications annually. All certification test requires a minimum passing score of 80%. If volunteers do not pass the first time around, they may take one retest.
